Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a print indicia and address label sheet showing our new design, it being understood that the rear is a mirror image;

FIG. 2 is a side view thereof, it being understood that the opposite is a mirror image; and,

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof, it being understood that the top is a mirror image.

The broken lines shown in FIG. 1 of the drawing represent perforation lines .
