FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a handle exterior for a hand tool showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of one side thereof;

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view of one end thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view of the other side thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an end elevational view of the other end thereof.

The uneven broken line showing of the remainder of the key tools, screw mount areas, screws and rectangular outline is for illustration purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
