FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof shown without the shoe.

The broken line representation of the shoe in FIGS. 1-5 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
