FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a first end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a second end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view in accordance with a second embodiment of our invention wherein the second embodiment being identical to the first embodiment with the exception that the strap support member at the 6 o'clock position being varied in thickness;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of this second embodiment;

FIG. 10 is a first end elevational view of this second embodiment;

FIG. 11 is a second end elevational view of this second embodiment; and,

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view of this second embodiment.

The left side elevational and right side elevational views of the second embodiment are similar to those respective views illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 4.
