FIG. 2 is a top, rear and side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view thereof from the side opposite that shown in FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front and top perspective view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top and rear perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a view similar to FIG. 1 but showing the device in an alternative position.
