FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view, the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view, the left side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view, the front elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a left side elevational view, the right side elevational view being a mirrow image thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of an alternate embodiment thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of an alternate embodiment thereof.

The other corresponding views of the second embodiment (FIG. 8) are the same as disclosed in FIGS. 3-7 of the first embodiment (FIG. 1) with the exception of the number of buttons.
