FIG. 11 is a left side view of the design shown in FIG. 8;

FIG. 12 is a right side view of the design shown in FIG. 8;

FIG. 13 is a rear view of the design shown in FIG. 8; and,

FIG. 14 is a bottom view of the design shown in FIG. 8.

The phantom lines appearing in FIGS. 1, 2, 8, and 9 are solely for indicating adjusted positions of groups or sets of keys and this does not form part of the instant invention.
