FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of the novel culinary knife maintenance and sharpening steel and the rear elevation view, left side elevation view and right side elevation views are identical;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front partial elevation view of a first alternative embodiment of the novel culinary knife maintenance and sharpening steel and it's rear elevation view, left side elevation view and right side elevation views are identical; the top plan view and the bottom plan view of the first alternative embodiment would be the same as that illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3; and,

FIG. 5 is a front elevation view of a second alternative embodiment of the handle and it's rear elevation view, left side elevation view and right side elevation view are identical.
