FIG. 8 is a plan view thereof, similar to FIG. 2, but shown in an un-filled condition; and,
FIG. 9 is a plan view similar to FIG. 8 is which the bottom left and right hand portions have been separated and removed along the perforation line indicated in FIGS. 2, 4, and 8, for completeness of illustration.
