FIG. 2 is a side view thereof;

FIG. 3 a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear view thereof.

The broken line showing of a portion of the claim boundary and the remainder of the shoe is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
