FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a workbench and storage cabinet showing the new ornamental design thereof;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational plan view, the left side elevational plan view being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational plan view thereof.
