FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an instrument delivery unit incorporating the design of our new invention, shown in a closed position;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof in the closed position;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof in the closed position;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof in the closed position;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof in the closed position;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view thereof in the closed position;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of an instrument delivery unit incorporating the design of our new invention, shown in an open position;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof in the open position; and,

FIG. 10 is a right side elevational view thereof in the open position, the left side being a mirror image thereof.

The features of the instrument delivery unit shown in phantom lines are not elements of the design of our new invention.
