Description

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the design of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a right side end elevation view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a left elevation view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view of the design of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the design of FIG. 1.

The phantom line representation of an inflation valve (e.g. see FIG. 1) does not form a portion of the invention.

Claims

The ornamental design for a “heart and short bow novelty balloon”, as shown and described.
