Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the combined container and closure according to my new design;

FIG. 2 is an elevational view showing the front of the combined container and closure of FIG. 1, the rear being the same in appearance as the front;

FIG. 3 is an elevational view showing an end of the combined container and closure of FIGS. 1 and 2, the other end being the same in appearance as the end shown;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the combined container and closure of FIGS. 1-3; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the combined container and closure of FIGS. 1-4.

The ornamental design for a combined container and closure, as shown and described.
