FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of my new design, the rear being identical;

FIG. 3 is a side elevation view of my new design, the opposite side being identical;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of my new design; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of my new design.

I claim the ornamental design for tiered cartons, as shown and described.
