FIG. 4 is an opposite side view thereof.
FIG. 5 is distal end view thereof.
FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof showing the proximal end disposed upwardly; and,
FIG. 7 is a second perspective view thereof showing the distal end disposed upwardly.
