FIG. 1 is a front and right side perspective view of an electrical device showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a right side view thereof, the left side view being a substantial mirror image thereof.

The broken line showing of environmental structure in FIGS. 1 and 3-6 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a vented electrical device for dispensing volatile substances, as shown and described.
