FIG. 1 is a top, front and right side perspective view of a television tuner with ports for a peripheral appliance according to my design;
FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevation being a mirror image thereof.

The ornamental design for a “television tuner with ports for peripheral appliance”, as shown and described.
