Description

FIG. 1 is a bottom perspective view of my new design for a flatware handle having stars and stripes design, the prongs being illustrated in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top perspective view thereof;

FIGS. 3 and 4 are opposite, side elevation views thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a rear elevation view thereof.

The ornamental design for a flatware handle having stars and stripes design, as shown and described.
