FIG. 1 is perspective view showing our new design for a concrete cutter frame and cab;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof, with the left side being a mirror image.

The broken lines shown in all figures are for illustrative environmental purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
