Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of our pen or pencil holder design taken from the upper right front;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of our pen or pencil holder design taken from the lower left rear;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of our pen or pencil holder design;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevation of our pen or pencil holder design, it being understood that a left side elevation is a mirror image of this FIG. 4;

FIG. 5 is a front elevation of our pen or pencil holder design; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear elevation of our pen or pencil holder design.

It is to be understood that the bottom of our pen or pencil holder design is plain and unornamented.

The ornamental design of a pen or pencil holder, as shown and described.
