FIG. 1 shows a top view of the public utility structure in accordance with the invention;

FIG. 2 shows a front view of the public utility structure in accordance with FIG. 1, wherein the user's view in accordance with FIG. 1 is visible in the upper portion of FIG. 2;

FIG. 3 shows a side view of the public utility structure in accordance with FIGS. 1 and 2; and,

FIG. 4 shows a rear view of the public utility structure in accordance with FIGS. 1, 2 and 3.
