FIG. 1 is a front perspective view from above of a first embodiment of the syringe dosage tracking device.

FIG. 2 is a front orthogonal view of the first embodiment; the rear orthogonal view being a mirror image.

FIG. 3 is a left orthogonal view of the first embodiment; the right orthogonal view being a mirror image.

FIG. 4 is a top orthogonal view of the first embodiment.

FIG. 5 is a top view of the inner surface of the bottom of the first embodiment; the invention includes a plain and unornamented outer surface of the bottom, which is not shown.

FIG. 6 is an exploded view showing removable parts of the first embodiment.

FIG. 7 is a front perspective view of a second embodiment of a syringe dosage tracking device.

FIG. 8 is a top orthogonal view of the second embodiment.

FIG. 9 is a top view of the inner surface of the bottom of the second embodiment; the invention includes a plain and unornamented outer surface of the bottom, which is now shown; the other views are duplicative of the views of the first embodiment.

I claim the ornamental design for a syringe dosage tracking device, as shown and described.
