FIG. 1 is a right front perspective view of the present new design for an electric powered rotary hand tool;

FIG. 2 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The broken lines showing the cord, the hanger and the chuck and other shapes are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
