FIG. 5 is a partial side view thereof.
FIG. 6 is a partial bottom view thereof; and,
FIG. 7 is a back view thereof.
The irregular rear edge in FIG. 1 and the double broken lines in FIGS. 3-6 form no part of the claimed design and indicate that the claimed design has indeterminate length.

The ornamental design for a framework for illuminated sign, as shown and described.
