FIG. 5 is a top isometric view of FIG. 1.

FIG. 6 is a bottom view of FIG. 1.

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of FIG. 1 showing a single check separate from the financial instrument.

FIG. 8 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 7, it being understood that the left side view is identical.

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view of FIG. 7, it being understood that the rear view is identical.

FIG. 10 is a top perspective view of another embodiment of a financial instrument with some of the numbers and letters removed and broken lines substituted therefore.

FIG. 11 is a front elevational view of FIG. 10.

FIG. 12 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 10.

FIG. 13 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 10.

FIG. 14 is a top isometric view of FIG. 10.

FIG. 15 is a bottom view of FIG. 10.

FIG. 16 is a top plan view of FIG. 10 showing a single check separate from the financial instrument.
