FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof.
FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being identical thereto.
FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof.
FIG. 5 is a top plan view.
FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view; and,
FIG. 7 is an isometric view of a second embodiment of an angled tissue grasper rongeur instrument showing our new design, with all elevational view being identical to that shown in the first embodiment except for the tip portion.

The ornamental design for an angled tissue grasper rongeur instrument, substantially as shown and described.
