FIG. 2 is a rear, bottom and right side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken on line 8—8 of FIG. 6;

FIG. 9 is another front, top and left side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a rear, bottom and right side perspective view of FIG. 9;

FIG. 11 is a front elevational view of FIG. 9; the rear being a mirror image;

FIG. 12 is a left side elevational view of FIG. 9;
