Description

FIG. 1 is an isometric view from the front of a surface-mount pen holder incorporating the design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left-side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right-side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear view thereof; and wherein the surface-mount pen holder is a flexible elastomeric material.

The ornamental design for a surface-mount pen holder, substantially as shown.
