FIG. 1 is a plan view of the light transmitting panel;

FIG. 2 is a cross-section view thereof, taken through section line labeled “2;” and,

FIG. 3 is a cross-section view thereof, taken through section line labeled “3.”

The front and back surfaces of the light transmitting panel are flat.
