FIG. 1 is a top, rear perspective view of a strap tip cover for an animal halter showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right-side elevational view thereof, the left-side view being a mirror image of the left side shown; and,

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof.

The ornamental design for a strap tip cover for an animal halter, as shown and described.
