FIG. 5 is a fragmentary right side elevational view thereof on an enlarged scale;

FIG. 6 is a fragmentary left side elevational view thereof on an enlarged scale;

FIG. 7 is a fragmentary top plan view thereof on an enlarged scale; and,

FIG. 8 is a fragmentary bottom plan view thereof on an enlarged scale.
