FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the electrical device.

FIG. 4 is a back elevational view of the electrical device.

FIG. 5 is a top elevational view of the electrical device.

FIG. 6 is a bottom elevational view of the electrical device.

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view of the electrical device; and,

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view of the electrical device.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1 and 3 are included for the purpose of illustrating a portion of the device that forms no part of the claimed design.

I claim the ornamental design for an electrical device, substantially as shown.
