Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of my new design of a locking terminator and port cap;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the other side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4 are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the terminator and port cap that form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a locking terminator and port cap, as shown and described.
