FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of an IC card reader and writer according to our design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being a mirror image.

The ornamental design for an “IC card reader and writer,” as shown and described.
