FIG. 2 illustrates a perspective view from the opposite end thereof;

FIG. 4 illustrates a front end view thereof; and,
FIG. 5 illustrates an opposite end view thereof.

The ornamental design for a vibrating attachment for a liquid and lotion applicator, as shown and described.
