FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the toy showing my design;
FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being a mirror image; and,
FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof, the left side, front and rear are substantially identical.

I claim the ornamental design for the toy ball with strands for pets, as shown.
