FIG. 1 is a left front perspective view of a dry bar showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof.

The views of the dry bar not shown form no part of the claimed design. The fragmented depiction of surface ornamentation shown on the front and side panels of the claimed design is understood to exist uniformly across those surfaces. The broken lines depicting handles represent environmental elements only and form no part of the claimed design.
