FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom view being identical;

FIG. 3 is a front elevation view thereof, the rear view being identical;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of an alternate embodiment of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of FIG. 4, the bottom view being identical;

FIG. 6 is a front elevation view of FIG. 4, the rear view being identical;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of an alternate embodiment of FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of FIG. 7, the bottom view being identical;

FIG. 9 is a front elevation view of FIG. 7, the rear view being identical;

FIG. 10 is a left side view of FIGS. 1, 4 and 7; and,

FIG. 11 is a right side view of FIGS. 1, 4 and 7.
