Description

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a spinal implant anchor-plate with tang fixation;

FIG. 2 is a side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is another top perspective view thereof with the tang fixation in a retracted position;

FIG. 4 is a side perspective view thereof with the tang fixation in a retracted position;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is an end elevation view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 7 is a side elevation view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image.

The ornamental design for a spinal implant anchor-plate with tang fixation, as shown and described.
