FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the PDA holding assembly having a clasp closure embodying my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a top perspective view of the PDA holding assembly having a clasp closure in an opened configuration; and,

FIG. 9 is a top perspective view of the PDA holding assembly having a clasp closure in an opened configuration without the environmental structure.

The broken line portions of FIG. 8 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
