FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof.

The rear and side elevational views are identical to the front elevational view illustrated in FIG. 1, the corner elevational views not illustrated are identical to the auxiliary view illustrated in FIG. 3.
