FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an exercising device including a resilient ball confined within a frame showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side view thereof, the opposite side view being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof.

The ornamental design for an exercising device including a resilient ball confined within a frame, as shown and described.
