Description

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a new design for a portable, spring-based cone.

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view of the new design of FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is a right side perspective view of the new design of FIG. 1. The left side of the cone is not shown, but is the mirror image of the right side.

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view of the new design of FIG. 1.

FIG. 5 is a back side elevational view of the new design of FIG. 1.

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of the new design of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of the new design of FIG. 1.

In all of the figures, the thin solid lines extending from the top of the cone to the base of the cone are shading lines used to indicate the contoured surface of the cone. Moreover, the webbed lines at the cone's mid-section are used to indicate a mesh forming a portion of the cone's body. Finally, the broken lines illustrated in the figures are not part of the design sought to be patented and are shown to illustrate the environment related to the claimed design. For example, in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7, an unclaimed portion of the cover for the portable, spring-based cone is shown in a base configuration. By contrast, in FIG. 3, the unclaimed portion of the cover is shown in an open configuration.
