This application is filed concurrently with U.S. Design Application Ser. No. 29/194,883, and entitled “Radiant Heating Element.”
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a radiant heating element showing out new design;
FIG. 2 is another plan view of the radiant heating element showing environmental structure; and,
FIG. 3 is a side view of the radiant heating element showing environmental structure in cross-section.
The broken line in FIG. 1 defines the bounds of the claimed design and forms no part thereof. The broken lines showing the environmental structure in FIGS. 2 and 3 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a radiant heating element, as shown and described.
