FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of the ornamental design for the hand grip exerciser of the invention.

FIG. 3 is a right side view of the hand grip shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 4 is a top view of the hand grip shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the hand grip shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the hand grip shown in FIG. 1.

The rear view of the hand grip is omitted as it is merely duplicative of the front view of FIG. 1.

The broken line portions of the disclosure are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
