Description

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a stimulator lead adaptor with the lead member drawn in fragment for ease of illustration showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right end elevation thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left end elevation thereof;

FIG. 6 is another top plan view thereof showing the lead member with a single plug and drawn on a reduced scale;

FIG. 7 is a left end elevation thereof;

FIG. 8 right end elevation thereof;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of a modified embodiment of the design shown in FIGS. 1 through 8;

FIG. 10 is a left side elevation thereof; and,

FIG. 11 is a right end elevation thereof.
