FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the card of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of the card of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The numerals, indicia and strip depicted by means of broken lines in the drawings are shown for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
