FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a bumper device showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the undisclosed bottom being flat and hidden in use; and,
FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the sides opposite and adjacent being identical in appearance.
