Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a front portion of an operating handle assembly showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side is a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken-line disclosure in some views is provided for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

I claim the ornamental design for front portion of an operating handle assembly, as shown and described.
